Payment Methods
– The car can be booked on the website or the application once the advance amount is paid using one of the payment options available on the application: Mada, Visa and MasterCard, SADAD service, apple pay or bank transfer
- When submitting a car reservation request on the website or application, payment methods are not accepted: cash or checks.
Price Policy
– In case of a car reservation request was made and a request number was obtained and the request is still in the process of paying the value, we are committed to the validity of the request for a period of one day.
– If it turns out that there is an error in the price of the car or services you ordered, you will be notified immediately and given the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order, and return the advance amount paid.

Warranty for new and used cars

– In some cases, the mileage counter on the used car may differ by a small amount from the number mentioned in the application or website.
Suspension, Termination, Cancellation and Refund
– The customer can cancel the order in the imported cars department before signing the import contract and purchase the car, and refund the amount paid, by contacting the customer service of your car different company
